Scuba Diving Certification
This globally-recognized certification program is the best way to begin your life-long adventure as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the knowledge, skills, and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater and earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification.
The scuba diving course takes 3 days and begins with you reviewing an online home study program*. Upon completion of the home studies you will begin your course in the shallow, crystal clear freshwater called Cenotes (accessible groundwater) in Tulum. Upon completing your confined water dives, you will proceed to open water dives – exploring the sea underwater world and fully admiring what Riviera Maya’s local environment has to offer.

Day 3: Last day features 2 Dives in Riviera Maya reef in Tulum.

*Please keep in mind that you need to complete the E-learning beforehand.
After your certification is completed, ocean wildlife dives can be added onto excursions: Bullsharks (Dec - Feb), Underwater Museum (all year), and Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve (all year).
